BeamNG.drive PC Download
BeamNG.drive isn't just another car game; it's a playground for destruction with a physics engine that makes every crash a spectacle of flying metal and shattering glass. Released in 2013 by the BeamNG company, this soft-body physics simulation game caught my attention early on with its hyper-realistic crash simulations that are a dream for any physics sim lover.
The game is still in early access, but don't let that fool you; there's plenty to do. You can pick from two main modes: Freeroam and Scenarios. I spend most of my time in Freeroam, where you can pick from 12 different maps. These range from simple grids to more intricate landscapes like the East Coast USA or Utah.
Starting off, you have a standard pickup truck, but don't worry, there's a whole garage of vehicles to experiment with. Switching vehicles is just a Ctrl + E away, and believe me, testing how each car handles and crashes is addictive. The game’s control setup is flexible too, supporting everything from keyboards to steering wheels, though I'd recommend a controller for the best experience.
Crashing feels as good as it looks thanks to the game's real-time physics calculations. Want to see a crash in slow motion or tweak the scenario to see what happens when you adjust the speed? BeamNG.drive has got you covered.
Whether you’re a gearhead or just someone who likes a good car wreck (virtually, of course), so should download BeamNG.drive, as this PC game promises hours of fun with endless possibilities. For high-speed urban racing and police chases, Download Need for Speed Most Wanted.
