CarX Street lets players race through a city full of bright lights and twisting roads. But, even with all the fun, CarX Street has some issues. The game can get repetitive, and the city feels a bit empty at times. Also, there aren't real car brands, but the game is getting better with each update.
Racing is the main thing you do in CarX Street. It reminds me of the old Need For Speed Underground 2. You can pick from a bunch of different cars and change a lot about how they look and drive. But, getting the parts to make your car awesome takes a lot of time and winning a lot of races because they cost a lot of in-game money.
The cars in the game act like real traffic does, which can make races more challenging. But if the traffic bugs you, you can adjust it in the settings to make the roads clearer for your races. The game also has houses and apartments that you can't go into, but they let you fast travel around the city, which is super handy for getting to races far away.
CarX Street also tries to make things feel real by making you watch your car's fuel level and how much the tires wear out. If you're not careful, you can run out of gas mid-race or have your tires wear out, which makes it tough to drive. You can fill up your gas and get new tires at stations around the city, and you can even get better quality stuff that helps you race better. After drifting through the open streets, you can download Tokyo Xtreme Racer and experience classic head-to-head battles on Tokyo’s neon highways.
