Crew management was part of the game, too. I hired a skilled engineer who boosted my mining speed and a trader who got better deals at every station.
But the factions? That’s where things got personal. Seven of them. I started with the Harvesters, but after a few shady missions, the Pirates started calling. Every choice pulled me in a different direction—rewards, alliances, reputation. I could betray, stay loyal, or play all sides.
The galaxy was more than just space and rocks. It had mystery. I found ancient tech, got tangled in a hidden war, and started realizing this wasn’t just about profit. Yes, it’s early access. The UI is a little clunky, some features need polish, and the sound design could use more depth. But none of that stopped me from getting lost in it. Cosmic Miners already feels alive—and I can’t wait to see what the next update brings.
