Tinkerlands PC Download
After trying the demo, I jumped into Tinkerlands with my partner, and we both had a great time. It feels like a cosy mix of exploring, building, and surviving, but with charm. Many people compare it to games like Terraria or Core Keeper, but to me, it’s more like Necesse or Tinkertown. You build up your little place, gather materials, and slowly progress through crafting and adventure.
What I enjoy is that it doesn’t feel like a copy. Tinkerlands brings its ideas. There’s a cool system with ships and travel that I haven’t seen done quite this way before. But yeah—Tinkerlands is not perfect, yet. The controls sometimes bug me. Right-click is used to fight and interact, which can mess things up. I hope they fix that soon because it’s frustrating to accidentally destroy something just by trying to use it. Still, the rest of the game shines if you can get past that.
I’ll be honest—this game won’t be for everyone. You might find it clunky or straightforward if you want a deep story or super smooth combat. Some parts of the world feel empty or filled with stuff that doesn’t do much. But if you like slow, sandbox-style games where you carve out your own little space, Tinkerlands has a lot to offer. When island life settles down, step into a haunted mansion and gently guide lost souls in Download Among the Whispers.
